Instinctive creativity and empathetic skills are the main qualities of this young communication professional. Thanks to an innovative approach and a transversal training, she can span the various areas of communication: from the advertising sector of publishing, to graphic design, branding, packaging, web and mobile apps. Carolina grew up professionally in an image consulting firm, filling all roles within the agency, eventually becoming its co-owner. She is able to manage clients' needs by supporting them in all creative and strategic processes, becoming a reassuring and reliable point of reference.

Claudio Composti

Independent Curator
and Artistic Director

Claudio Composti (born 1973) grew up in the art world, thanks to his gallery owner father.
He is an independent curator, founder and art director of mc2gallery in Milan, a gallery specializing in photography. He is a talent scout for young artists, whom he promotes with the online platform Periscope Photoscouting or by putting them in contact with realities and professionals who can develop their path. He collaborates as a curator with Italian and foreign galleries, institutions or public and private spaces or museums. He curates ad hoc projects for brands that want to approach art. He has curated museum exhibitions such as the exhibition "Lisette Model: Street life" at CAMERA photography museum, Turin (with a text in the catalog) and at MART in Rovereto the exhibition "Cabaret Vienna. L'atelier fotografico Manassé " - from a project by Chiara Spenuso - (with a text in the catalog).
Since 2018 he has been Private Art Advisor for private collections and Corporate Collections for some brands and is Art Director of the private gallery/collection of the 5-star Hotel Plaza et de Russie in Viareggio (LU).
For years he has participated as Folio Reviewer for several Italian photography festivals, such as Fotografia Europea and international ones like Les Rencontres de la Photographie in Arles, (France) or Face a la Mer, in Tangier (Morocco).
He published an essay for the book: Still Image: Art Life and Market of Photography. edited by Maddalena Mazzocut-Mis and Chiara Spenuso (ed. Mimesis).

Franco Achilli

Education, Visual Identity, Branding and Exhibit Designer

Designer and architect has been involved in Visual Identity, Branding and Exhibit design for over forty years. He has designed more than 150 brands for companies and institutions and more than 80 installations for large exhibitions and cultural events. A lecturer in Branding and Visual design, he has been teaching at IULM Milan University since 2000 on the Master's degree course in Marketing, Consumption and Communication. He has been several times Visiting professor at Northern Illinois University (USA), he has given lectures and conferences on graphic design at Politecnico di Milano, Art Institute of Chicago, Graham Foundation and Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago; he has conducted workshops and lectures on Visual Identity at Politecnico di Milano, Faculty of Architecture in Palermo, University of Palermo at IUAV in Venice, Bachelor in Visual Communication at SUPSI in Mendrisio (CH).

He is currently coordinator of two Master's degree programs at Marconi University on the topics of Communication and Management in the Fashion and Design sectors and of a Two-Year Specialized Program in Visual Communication at the IED in Milan. He is a member of ADI - Association for Industrial Design and AIAP, Italian Association of Visual Communication Design.

Sid Dionello

Restaurateur, Showcooking Startupper and Event Art Director

Son of art of Brazilian soccer player Cinesinho, Sid Dionello was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and after a few months moved to Italy following his father's career that took him to live in more than 10 countries. Footballer, singer, model, and actor for the past 20 years he has dedicated himself, including in international television shows, to his current profession that allows him to express all his eclecticism and maintain relationships all over the world.
Showcooking is a cooking show, able to bring together culinary love with marketing strategies and creating harmony with art and music.
The birth of such a popular promotional event can be traced back to the U.S., to the early 1990s. Even then, it was realized how the culinary art show could have the ability to attract a lot of audience interest. Novelty and originality are two pivotal elements for any type of show. Showcooking can therefore be seen as a source of touring events that not only recreate the proper regard for culinary creativity and the country from which it comes.

Event Organizer, Consultant and Media Planner

Started professionally as an anchor and event planner for a large Veneto radio holding company. Growing as a consultant and media planner, he is increasingly strong and later becomes a senior account for a well-known communications agency, eventually founding his own. The evolution of communication and new media, lead him to explore all competencies of corporate strategy. Licensing and management also become part of his sphere of expertise. The connection between Puglia and Milan oriented to the rest of the world represent his vision and his own choice of life, without forgetting the right rigor determined by his German origins.
